New 2021 Athena Swan Ireland Charter Framework

AdvanceHE are pleased to announce the publication of the new 2021 Athena Swan Ireland charter framework.  The engagement of staff from across the sector has been instrumental in shaping the charter and has ensured the development of a framework unique to Ireland.

The objective of the 2021 Athena Swan Ireland framework is to support institutions, departments and professional units in impactful and sustainable gender equality work and to build capacity for evidence based equality work across the equality grounds enshrined in Irish legislation.
