Biography
I am currently a Lecturer with the Department of Work and Employment Studies.I have lectured a range of modules to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Modules include: HRM, HRM Skills, Learning and Development, HR Analytics, Managing for Results, Organisational Behaviour, Employment Relations and Research Methods.
My primary research interests include job quality, SME's and the changing world of work. I also have an interest in gender, diversity and inclusion.
Some recent projects that I have been involved in include: Skillsnet Graduate Transitions Project, a commissioned piece of research focusing on the experiences of remote working during Covid-19 and a pilot study in a small firm moving to a 4-day work week.
